Mrs. Panik was born and raised in Las Vegas and is a life-long resident of the area.  She earned her Bachelor and Masters’ degrees from UNLV and began her career with the Clark County School District as a high school English teacher.  During the last twenty years, Mrs. Panik has been a guidance counselor at Green Valley, Coronado, and Del Sol High Schools, and worked as a project facilitator for the STEP UP Program recruiting high school students to become teachers.  In addition to spending time with her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Panik enjoys reading, movies, and exercise.

John Halpin is a true Southern Nevada native.  He was born in Henderson and attended Las Vegas schools through high school.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNLV.  He then received his master’s degree in Special Education from UNLV as well.  He taught special education at Paradise ES and Red Rock ES.  He went back for his second Master’s degree in School Counseling at UNLV.  Before he came to Greenspun JHS, he spent the last five years as a counselor at Cunningham ES.  He enjoys reading, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Jude Greco was born in Burlington, Vermont and moved to Maine when she was 8 years old. She graduated from high school in Maine and attended college in Colorado. She received her first degree, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, from the University of Southern Colorado. Jude went on to receive a degree in education from the University of Maine. Jude earned her Masters of Educational Counseling at the University of Maine. She moved to Las Vegas in 1991 where she has worked at the middle school level for the past 16 years. Jude has been at Greenspun JHS for the past seven years. She is dedicated to ensuring that all students attending Greenspun JHS have a positive school experience.
